ACTIVITIES

Our activity areas refer to our program focuses and form our supportive contribution for improving especially the disadvantaged people’s life conditions. These supportive activity areas are introduced in the following course.

     1. SUPPORTING OF PROJECTS

Our foundation supports different economic social and cultured project. We carry out project designation, implementation, coordination and monitoring, on various areas to speed the rate of development of their daily life. We provide both technical services and fund supporting by linking with different fund providers both inside and outside the country and injecting them on both designed and non designed community projects.

2. EVALUATION SERVICES
OVERWOME shares work with various Community Based Organization (CBO), community groups, foundation, government organization and nongovernmental organization. At the end of the project the organization run out evaluation process services  in order to assess the work done and income disbursement of our supporting donors. Despite of evaluation services our organization provides auditing and accounting services to our partners as well as non clients.

3. EDUCATION SUPPORT

We support building of classrooms, library, kitchen, latrine, laboratory, other school   infrastructure, school fees to HIV and Aids diseased students, students coming from less  and disadvantaged family, orphans and streets children, people with disabilities  and  groups of the like, books, uniforms and other school kit/equipment.

4. HEALTH SUPPORT

The foundation support building of health centers, hospitals, dispensaries, clinics and other   hearth centers. We further facilitate the availability of medicines, drugs, to aged people,  children’s with disabilities, orphans and street children, treatments to HIV and AIDS  infected groups and other related service on mentioned topic above. 

    5. ENTREPRENEUR SUPPORT

Our foundation community is equipped by skills of entrepreneurship including setting business ideas, development of idea, monitoring of the executed idea, analyzing and evaluation of the performed idea, auditing and consulting services. Our main concern is to see the speed in economic sectors, grounding from family level to national ward.

6. TRANSPORTATION SUPPORT

We facilitate and simplify transport network through new road buildings, maintenance, bridges, row, to interiors and unreachable community. Our foundation supports the availability of ambulance to health centers, special moving transport media to special groups, learning institutions such as schools.

7. AGRICULTURAL SUPPORT

Our foundation assists sustainable move forward of agricultural sectors. We enhance the construction of irrigation system both local and advanced irrigation system including building of canals, installation of pipe irrigation and the like. We conduct research and feasibility studies on dead crops on various communities aimed at restoration/replacement of related climatic crops to ensure the rise of community economic situation.

We facilitate the availability of agriculture technical services, agricultural inputs and utensils. It includes also the availability of advance technology for processing their raw products in order to enjoy maximum profit as results of their work done. 

The aim of our foundation is to boost agricultural sectors as well as to awake industrial sectors. Therefore, the ending result is industrial development, final product release from our country, high exportation and hence high stand of life.

We provide marketing technical services to farmers and other business oriented people on ways to expand sales of their processed product and services inside and outside the country boarder.

8. INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

We link with industries outside the country and other expertise to support the development of micro industries in the country. We gather consultation support such as experts from advanced industrial countries and allocate them to push forward industries ready and expected establish industries.

9. ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES

     The foundation is dealing with provision of environmental education to communities on how to safeguard their nearby surrounding including cleanness, planting of trees, compound sanitation, use of toilets and latrines, protection of forest, water sources protection, water pollution, air pollution, land pollution, protection of soil erosion and all of the kind above. Training the community the use of good environment energy sources for home consumption but safety to environment such as bio gas, coal, use industrial wastes and items of the like. 

We support the community on availability of environmental equipment, materials and other appliances for fight against environmental degradation. Moreover our foundation is concern with recycling of plastic packing materials to  combat environmental contamination such as land pollution and we collaborate with other organization dealing with environmental protection materially or technically to draw the environmental objectives on hand achieved.

10. SPORTS AND GAMES SUPPORT
The foundation deals with the development of sport and games starting from home country. We are mounting and revolting gifted persons in soccer, volleyball, basket ball, boxing, athletics and all categories of games and sports. We organizing seminars in collaboration with sports and games organizations in respect to team coach, referee, and sports masters.The foundation also maintains and supports academe to share with country policy of upraising talented players via district, village and street to national level. 

Another task relates to building sports and game infrastructure, such as grounds, availability of equipment such as gazes, and other facilities. The foundation strives partnerships with different advanced game and sports  countries to acquire technical skills from the past stars players and supply them   towards district, village and street sports academe to strengthen the raise of  country’s international performance.
